For 9 years up to 2009 I was working for an international financial institution providing high level customer support, initially to the UK market (including a wide variety of nationalities) and then to a wider European market.
Since 2009 I have been actively involved in internet marketing. My main focus has been managing customer support desks, dealing with refunds, cancellations, product queries and other general enquiries typical to a support desk.
These queries are dealt with via email, Kayako support suite and osTicket. With my experience I’m confident I can manage other support software.
I honestly get great satisfaction from solving customers’ queries, and my personal clients and their customers have indicated their satisfaction with the level of support I provide.
Honesty is an important aspect for me as far as customer support is concerned.
With that in mind, let me say up front, I don’t personally do SEO, link building, forum posting, article writing, etc. If you require these services as part of a package, I have experience of managing projects and I will manage outsourcers.
But again I stress, Customer Support is my strength, my expertise and my main focus. I’m good, very good, at working with customers.
